All new clients will be asked to complete a consultation form upon arrival. These important details are kept on file & are completely confidential. Upon signing the form the client accepts that they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions and authorise the therapist to treat them & claim that all submitted details are correct. It is the client’s responsibility to inform their therapist of any change in their health/medical condition.
The client must arrive promptly for their appointment & report to reception. (If they arrive early and reception is open the client may take a seat in the waiting area. The bell is only for unexpected drop-ins or enquiries). PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB the therapist during treatment.
Lateness will result in the client’s treatment time having to be cut short at full cost. If the client arrives more than 10 minutes late for their appointment their therapist reserves the right to cancel and offer an alternative date/time should it affect the next customer booking. Repeat lateness where treatments have had to be cancelled or postponed will result in a charge.
Anyone who is not booked to have a treatment may not enter the main treatment room for insurance purposes. Should an accident or injury occur management takes no responsibility.
It is not advised for small children to be on the premises due to health & safety however if this cannot be avoided the company will not be held responsible for damage, accident or loss and the client agrees to be liable to cover any damages. An adult must accompany a child at all times.
Cancellations or No Shows
The client agrees to the cancellation policy of giving a minimum of 24 hours notice and accepts that failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the treatment cost booked. Failure to show up to appointments holds the same policy since we send FREE text reminders to help avoid this. Repeat cancellations and no shows will result in a non returnable booking fee towards future appointments
If you cannot book the appointment time desired you can ask to be put on the cancellation list which will give priority to the first request.
Offers and Vouchers
Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Gift Vouchers purchased must be booked in (subject to availability) and redeemed by the expiry date on the voucher and are valid for six months from the date subscribed. They have no cash value and are non transferable. They must be presented as payment on arrival of the booked appointment. Failure to bring the voucher will result in a charge for the treatment undertaken. The Gift Voucher is ultimately the client’s responsibility to be kept in a safe place. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
It is free to join the Loyalty Scheme whereby the client will receive a stamp for each treatment undertaken. Stamps will be forfeited if the clients card is not presented at the time of treatment and their treatment stamp cannot be carried forward.
The card is ultimately the client’s responsibility to be kept in a safe place. Once complete the card must be presented at reception to claim the client’s loyalty gift, which will be free credit equating to their average spend across the last six treatments.
Loyalty gift credit will be rounded down to the nearest pound and has no cash value so no change can be given. A loyalty gift voucher must be redeemed within three months of the date subscribed and is redeemable against treatments only. Lost or stolen loyalty cards will not be replaced. A new card can be issued upon request.
It is advised that the client has a treatment prior to purchase in order for the therapist to prescribe a suitable product for the client however free samples can be given post treatment to try at home. We have a ‘no returns’policy on products purchased once open and used.
Please remember the salon is a place for peace and relaxation for clients so please refrain from being loud and keep your phone/device on vibrate/silent/switched off. The therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment to anyone who is intoxicated, aggressive , abusive or displays inappropriate language or behaviour.
Valuables are the responsibility of the client, lost or stolen property cannot be replaced
